Resale & Transfer Policy
Because each unit is individually registered in the owner’s name, resale is a straightforward, direct process.
Transferability of Ownership
Owners hold real, registered title over their unit. Ownership is fully transferable, subject to the execution of a formal Deed of Transfer and full settlement of any outstanding instalments.
Right of First Refusal
To protect the integrity and value of the development, existing Seven Star unit owners may be granted a right of first refusal before a unit is offered to external third parties, at a fair market valuation.
Capital Appreciation & Resale
Owners may sell their unit based on its appreciated market value as Royal Address and Zabeel mature. All resale transactions are officially recorded through Seven Star’s registered sales office.
Regulatory Compliance on Transfer
In accordance with applicable financial regulations, all parties to a transfer must successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before the Oman property registry is updated.
